This nine-day tour invites you to explore various facets of Nepal, from the culturally vibrant Kathmandu Valley and its surroundings to the naturally diverse Chitwan and Pokhara, culminating in the religious significance of Lumbini.
In the Kathmandu Valley, you'll visit prominent tourist hubs such as Kathmandu and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa. Chitwan's highlight is the expansive Chitwan National Park, where you'll navigate dense forests teeming with diverse flora and fauna, encounter endangered wildlife species, embark on a jungle safari, and engage in bird watching.
In Pokhara, you'll explore the valley, lakeside, partake in boating activities, witness breathtaking sunrises from Sarangkot, and enjoy picturesque views of the majestic Annapurna range. The journey continues to Lumbini, where you'll delve into the birthplace of Lord Buddha and explore monasteries constructed by various countries. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be greeted by one of our representatives who will transfer you to your hotel. Generally, there are no scheduled tour activities for this day unless requested. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore the touristy area of "Thamel" and have dinner either in Thamel or at your hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Tour
Our sightseeing begins around 9 or 9:30 am after breakfast. A representative will introduce your tour guide, who will take care of everything for the day. The day's highlights include visits to key places in Kathmandu such as Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and the Old Royal Palace (Kathmandu Durbar Square).
Day 3: Drive to Chitwan
After breakfast, we embark on a scenic drive to Chitwan, covering approximately 160 km in about 6 hours along the Prithvi Highway. The journey offers views of towns, markets, villages, green hills, river rapids, and distant mountains. Upon arrival in Chitwan, we check into our hotel, freshen up, and explore the local market. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Exploration in Chitwan
A full day is dedicated to exploring Chitwan. In the morning, after breakfast, we embark on an elephant ride, venturing into the jungle to encounter rhinos, crocodiles, deer, antelopes, peacocks, and various bird species. After a canoe ride, we return for lunch and later take a nature walk with an experienced guide. Silence is observed to appreciate the natural beauty without disturbing wildlife. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Drive to Lumbini
After breakfast, we drive approximately 160 km to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. The journey takes about 5 hours. After checking in to our hotel, we visit the sacred garden, Ashoka Pillar, Buddhamaya Temple, and monasteries built by different countries. Lumbini is known for its tranquility and attracts visitors worldwide. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Drive to Pokhara
Following breakfast, we drive around 170 km to reach Pokhara, which takes about 5 hours. After checking in to our hotel, we stroll around Lakeside and enjoy boating on Phewa Lake. Pokhara is renowned for its trekking routes and serves as a base for various destinations. In the evening, explore local cuisine and music in pubs.
Day 7: Exploration in Pokhara
An early morning wake-up at 4:30 allows us to witness the sunrise from Sarangkot, offering panoramic views of Mt. Machapuchare and the Pokhara Valley. After returning for breakfast, the day's tour includes visits to Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, and Seti Gorge. Pokhara's serene atmosphere and diverse attractions make it a favorite among tourists. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu
After breakfast, we embark on an 8-hour drive back to Kathmandu covering approximately 240 km. The route passes through picturesque landscapes, green hills, rivers, waterfalls, and various towns. Lunch is scheduled during the journey. Upon reaching Kathmandu, check in to your hotel.
Day 9: Departure
On the final day of our Nepal tour, after breakfast, our team will escort you to the airport for your departure.
